We ignore our brains at our own peril.

Because it's your brain that
  • sends you into a shame spiral after one critical comment on LinkedIn and then stops you from sharing your thoughts for weeks
  • makes you shout at your team under pressure (even when YOU really want to build a culture of safety as a leader) creating fear and blocking the team work and innovation you want
  • then keeps you awake at 2am ruminating, and losing precious energy in anxious should-haves, could-haves, and what-ifs for days after
  • makes you grab your phone and scroll for hours every single time you sit down to write the next chapter of your book
  • makes you freeze when you doomscroll climate headlines - then close the tab instead of taking focussed action

Your brain (and nervous system) is the bottleneck blocking or unlocking the life - the leadership, activism, ideas, goals, team work, organisation's innovation,  - and thus ultimately the impact and fulfilment you want.
